Within all of us is the resiliency of iron and the growth potential of ivy. Sometimes our access to our strengths can be hindered by mental health conditions.

As a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) I partner with clients to help them regain connection to their inner resiliency, growth, joy, and strength by means of evaluation, education, medication, and adjunct therapy.
